TBMOPA Members can now save as much as $1,500 or more on their insurance premium!

In a joint effort with Chappell, Smith & Associates, Inc. (CS&A Aviation Insurance Agency), we have negotiated an insurance premium bonus program in return for increased safety awareness.

Safety is the objective and the annual training seminars offered at the annual TBMOPA convention is the place. Participating insurance underwriters are offering "no claims renewal bonuses or premium credits" following the completion of the safety seminars offered at our annual conventions. Your attendance at each of the safety seminars is mandatory to qualify for the benefits.

At the end of the annual meeting, you will receive a certificate of completion which can be presented to your underwriter. Not all insurance underwriters are participating and the rewards offered by each underwriter may be different.

You will be able to continue your present relationship with your broker and/or underwriter. Once you have negotiated your personal insurance coverage and rates, the TBMOPA no-claims renewal bonus or credit can be deducted from your premium.

Is this a substantial savings? You bet it is! Some underwriters are offering a 10% premium reduction on the hull portion of your annual premium. Assuming you are paying $15,000 for your hull premium, this could be a savings of $1,500 per year.
